POOL INFORMATION
Please read this information.
When using the pool, remember to observe all of the posted pool rules.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the pool areas, at all times, is the responsibility of those enjoying the use of the pool.
Remember to bag all food waste before discarding in the kitchen trash can.

The NO SMOKING rule is mandated by the Tennessee Department of Health
and is imposed for the entire pool and pool house area.
Please review the following pool rules and pool reservation policy:
· No diving.
· No smoking.
· No glass.
· No animals.
· No loud music.
· No food or drinks in pool.
· No misuse of pool furniture.
· No unsafe or unruly behavior.
· No standing or pulling on pool lifeline.
· No one under 21 years-of-age allowed to operate grill or oven.
· Children 12 years and under must be supervised by an adult or teenage sitter.
· Remove all trash from pool site.
· Turn off overhead lights and fans when leaving the pool house.
· Gate must be closed at all times – no propping the gate open.
· Pool closes at 10:00 p.m.
POOL CLOSES AT 10:00 P.M.
NO BASKETBALL AFTER 10:00 P.M.
THE SMITHFIELD POOL IS TO BE USED ONLY BY SMITHFIELD RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS!
Guests must be accompanied by a Smithfield resident at all times!
All Smithfield residents and their guests must observe and comply with the posted pool rules.
A Smithfield resident who gives a pool key to a non-resident may forfeit all pool privileges.
A Smithfield resident wishing to invite more than 5 guests must reserve the pool for a private function
(see Pool Reservation Policy)
SMITHFIELD POOL RESERVATION POLICY
Smithfield residents may reserve the pool for private events between the hours of 4:00 and 10:00 p.m. with at least a one-week notice given to the Pool Chairman. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required.
A Smithfield resident reserving the pool for a private event must be present at the event.
A Smithfield resident reserving the pool is responsible for appropriate behavior on the part of all guests, and for compliance with all posted pool rules.
A Smithfield resident reserving the pool is financially responsible for any damage to the pool area and/or the pool furnishings.
The pool cannot be reserved on holidays (Labor Day, Memorial Day, and July 4) or on the Saturday and Sunday preceding Labor Day and Memorial Day.
